1. Candidates with some experience or basic knowledge in candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment hold a better chance of getting selected
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 15000 on every Closure that you make or deliver.
Successful interns will be hired full time after their internship. After 3 months, successful interns would be hired for a full-time job based on their overall performance with a better salary package. In addition to the fixed stipend, if an intern is successfully able to get a contract signed and our delivery team is able to make a placement, the intern would be paid 15000 per placement/closure made for bringing the client and closing the deal.
