About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make calls to prospects to solicit business, analyzes requirements of function, outlines available resort facilities and services offered, and quotes prices
2. Contact representatives of government, business, associations, and social groups to solicit business for the resort
3. Review information on sales meetings, conventions, training classes, overnight travel, and other functions held by organization members to select prospective customers for resort services
4. Contact representatives of government, business, associations, and social groups to solicit business for the hotel, motel, or resort
5. Provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients, develop professional long term business relationships
6. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
