About NestAway Technologies
Founded in 2015, NestAway is India's fastest growing managed home rental company attempting to provide better rental solutions via design and technology. We've created a young ecosystem where we turn unbranded, unfurnished houses into fully-furnished and maintained apartments and provide them with ordinary PG rentals to India's youth. No brokerage, no maintenance hassles, online rent payment, and easy relocation to any of our homes across India in one package is how we strike a chord with our tenants. About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying opportunities and prospects by cold calling, outbound visits, online and social media channels
2. Handling field, offline, online modes of research & selling in a given geography
3. Understanding the requirement and positioning Apna Complex capabilities and unique strengths against competition portfolio

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Sep'20 and 7th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Ability to communicate and manage multiple channel relationships and close deals
2. Hands-on with demos and presentations on product contour with customers strong negotiation and convincing capabilities to deal with decision-makers/senior profiles (MC and board members) and brokers
3. Must have a two-wheeler and good understanding of the city related geography
4. Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office and CRM tools (will be an advantage)
