About the position

• The position is for a Business Development (Sales) Executive for Nuchange Informatics.
  
•  The executive should be able to take appointments with Clinic Management, and should be in a position to demo and explain the benefits of Clinic Management System for direct sales.
  
•  He should be excellent in communication and sophisticated in his personality and attitude as he will be meeting Clinic owners and doctors.
  

• Develop a pipeline of potentials leads in the Healthcare industry.
  
• Identify new clinics or existing clinics for sales through various channels including emails, calls and web queries.
  
• Plan and visit new clinics systematically with a sales approach.
  
• Support sales initiatives with preparation of collaterals etc.
  
• Demo and explain the benefits of information systems to clinic administrators and doctors.
  
• Report to the management team on regular progress of the sale process.
  

• Ability to spearhead Business Development efforts individually.
  
• Ability to initiate and implement new ideas to increase sales. Ability to anticipate, identify issues, and solve them.
  
• Build and manage relationships with clinic owners and doctors.
  
• Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
  
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate progress, and metrics of key projects to the stakeholders.
  
• 0-1 year experience in sales.
  
• He/She should be able to travel anywhere in India depending on the market demand.
  
• He/She should be able to travel and visit clients anywhere in Bangalore using his/her own transport
