Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Get the small business owners to install Finjinn's salary payment app and complete the sign-up by entering their contact details
2. Meet owners of small businesses within specified geographical regions
3. Work on cold calling small businesses by finding their contact details from the internet
4. Convince them to download the app and complete registration
Only those candidates can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
are from Bangalore
have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
1. Anyone who is willing to make cold calls and meet people
2. Should know the local language and English
3. Prior experience in field sales is preferred but is not mandatory
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per user onboarded on app).
Salary – You will be paid the fixed stipend along with the incentive for each app install. There is absolutely no limit on earnings. E.g. you can earn an amount of Rs. 1 lakh per month, if you get 1,000 apps, installs in a month. Exact payment details and payment per install will be discussed in the interview.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
