Business Development Sales
Job Description
1. Work on driving sales activities within the assigned region
2. Work on meeting/e-meeting/calling a predefined set of prospective clients on a daily basis
3. Work on explaining the customers about products & promoting the products
4. Work on understanding the clients' needs and requirements
5. Work on negotiating and renegotiating via phone, email, and in-person
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
7. Research and identify new market opportunities/new leads
8. Work on contacting potential clients and set up meetings
9. Work on achieving the given sales target
Note: We are looking for candidates in around 150 cities across India, so location, not a constraint, candidates can work from their choice of city.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Aug'20 and 28th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Preference will be given to freshers/undergraduates/postgraduates
2. Must have 0-1 year experienced with passion in sales/marketing
3. Must be open for field sales
4. Must have excellent communication skills
5. Musta have the ability to influence, negotiate & convince
6. Must have strong skills to conquer sales and close deals with clients
7. Must know languages: Hindi, English, and any regional would be a plus
8. Must have strong internet research skills
9. Must have good knowledge of computers (MS Office)
10. Should be relationship-oriented with excellent interpersonal and networking skills
11. Should have a smartphone and bike with valid driving license
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 300 on every Sale that you make or deliver.
Duration: Anywhere between 2-6 months. The role can also be converted to a job, depending on the candidate's interest and performance.
