Job Description
1. Handle the inquiries and get the enrolments done
2. Counsel the students regarding educational issues such as country selection, course, and program selection
3. Conduct face-to-face & telephone counseling on overseas education and admission processes for various universities
4. Handle client queries via emails, telephone, and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicate with clients regarding admission applications and student visas
5. Conduct regular follow up on old and new leads
6. Create networking with students for career counseling, generating leads, and business development
7. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
8. Stay responsible for achieving targets
9. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
10. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
11. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
12. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
