Principal Accountability
Job Responsibilities :
Business Development / Sales/Hunter will be Responsible for achieving assigned business targets for the territory / Accounts. Building long-term relationship, positioning the company and its services. Soliciting business for IT Infrastructure services, solutions service, Hosting, Cloud services, DC services, RIM, Networking service sales, etc
Principal Accountability
- Opening new accounts and generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Soliciting business for IT Infrastructure services, solutions service, Hosting, Cloud services, DC services, RIM, Networking service sales, etc.
- Forecasting and achieving monthly/quarterly business targets by offering IT services to enterprise customers
- Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
- Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.
Job Responsibilities :
- Relationship building, Experience of handling large managed services, Data Centre, Application AMC deals
- Understand Technical requirement of customer, making presentation to client, Developing Sales Projection Plan, Execute orders, Customer Satisfaction, Negotiate & close orders.
- Should have 3-6+ yrs experience in the IT Enterprise/Corporate sales.
- Technical knowledge of managed services and Infra services is must.
- Negotiation & Sales Skills. Lead generation of AMC.
- Should have exhaustive experience in driving customer satisfaction related deliverables.
- Having relationship with OEM- HP/IBM/CISCO/etc. shall be added advantage. For their B2B or ASP business.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A self-starter, takes ownership & run business independently this position requires a deep thinker who can come up with new out of box ideas as the market space is competitive and requires innovative approach to win customers.
- HUNTER- with good track record of new client acquisition.
- Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and disruption mindset.
- Good understanding of Business Applications, Data Centre, Network, Security, Automation, AI/ML..
- Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.
- Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
- 3 to 6+ years- of experience in Soliciting business IT Infrastructure services, solutions service, Hosting, Cloud services, DC services, RIM, Networking service sales, etc.
- Good Communication

- Strategist with very good attitude, business acumen and managerial qualities
- Energetic and Aggressive Traveling
- MBA is a good to have requirement.
