About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on counseling and customer handling
2. Working on retaining & up-selling
3. Working on day-to-day calls to schedule the classes
4. Calling interested students and pitching them about the products
5. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners includes counseling through email, phone, chat, social media, etc.
6. Resolving candidate queries relating to the course
7. Identifying references through the existing learner's database to increase the sales pipeline
