About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Receive customer orders daily via Bake Riders' website, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
2. Inform customer about prices, delivery date & time of order and collect payments
3. Coordinate with different departments to process the order
4. Print invoices and shipping documents
5. Set up delivery plan if necessary
6. Follow up on orders
7. Contact customer directly for the order if there is an issue with the order, such as non-availability of raw material, the item is out of stock or discontinued, shipping delays, or other concerns
8. Answer customer questions and complaints daily
9. Handle KPIs check before dispatching orders
