Business Development (Sales)
Job Description
1. Work on taking the responsibility for entire P&L for Delhi for FMCG
2. Work on supporting the day-to-day client engagement including updating records, drafting proposals/communications, and assisting in the project management of client requests
3. Work on planning and developing the first mile and last mile network for intracity deliveries in close coordination with the operations team
4. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
5. Work on maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively
6. Research and identify new market opportunities
7. Work on fostering a collaborative environment with the organization
8. Work on incorporating the right supply and sourcing strategy
9. Work on driving marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
10. Work on coordinating with supply chain and stock control activities
11. Work on tracking on leads and converting to sales
12. Work on providing ideas to attract new clients and keeping the senior management updated about marketplace activity

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
