About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying clusters for recruitment of riders
2. Negotiating and convincing riders to join Shadowfax
3. Identifying alternate cost-effective channels to onboard riders

Desired candidate profile:

1. Any graduate having good communication and negotiation skills
2. Energetic candidates who have the zeal to learn and grow with Shadowfax and can join immediately
3. Preferred candidate should not be from MBA or Engineering background

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 12th Sep'20 and 17th Oct'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 100 on every Rider Conversion + 5000 Per 20 Rider Conversion In Month that you make or deliver.
