1. Communicating with clients and resolve queries over the call and email
2. Catering to clients' or personnel's concerns
3. Managing sales pipeline
4. Performing quality controls and monitor production KPI's
5. Ensuring, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
6. Contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives
7. Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
