Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:esponsibilities
1. Attend all client calls
2. Obtain and update the list of client contact details
3. Call active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services
4. Onboard new customers
5. Address existing clients' queries, feedback and grievances
6. Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
7. Attend daily regular team meetings to report progress and monitor the status

2. can start the internship between 2nd Sep'20 and 7th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Knowledge of service offering and remaining up-to-date on the latest offerings
2. Minimum graduate profile
3. Prior experience as a customer sales executive or similar is desirable
4. Healthcare background is preferred
5. Completed sales-related training program is preferred
6. Should be computer literate
7. Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
8. Confident and excellent verbal communication
9. Ability to adapt communication style according to customer needs
10. Very good interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
11. Experience of minimum - 1 year
