Job Description
1. Strategizing and implementing plans to increase revenue
2. Reaching out to customers for feedback collection and customer insights
3. Designing and executing online/offline campaigns to acquire new customers
4. Acting as a first point of contact for customer/client queries
5. Handling issues from clients with extreme patience and politeness
6. Acting as a representative to outside customers
8. Constantly following up with the respective stakeholders and leaving no stone unturned for handling complaints
9. Ensuring constant feedback/reviews from clients and working hard to ensure queries are resolved swiftly
10. Setting a benchmark for customer service in all aspects
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th May'21 and 10th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
On successful completion of the internship, if the performance meets our expectations and beyond, we would want the person to join us permanently in the customer service/sales role.
