Job Description
1. Working on new business development by adding new projects: new and old
2. Working from scratch through cold calling then converting them to clients
3. Having up-to-date knowledge of competitors' pricing, products, and strategies
4. Making plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets accordingly
5. Meeting new and existing clients, following up with the client on submitted offers, negotiating and closing the order in line with company policies
6. Providing necessary reports and information as required by management from time to time
7. Gathering market intelligence in terms of competitor pricing & strategy
8. Helping management strategize the marketing plans and sales forecast for maximum profitability based on the prevailing market scenario & gathered market intelligence
9. Achieving the sales quarterly & annually as per the forecast shared with management
10. Tracking of sales pipeline, awarded tenders, upcoming project, etc. for new acquisitions & sales opportunities

2. can start the internship between 25th Aug'20 and 29th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida and neighboring cities

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10000 on every Sales that you make or deliver.
