Business Development Sales
Job Description
1. Nurturing, training, and motivating salesforce for ensuring organizational targets
2. Training new consultants/BD by conducting orientation to the sales process
3. Developing coaching plans and providing resources & assistance
4. Evaluating the sales team's performance to ensure the smooth sales process
5. Conducting regular online training sessions using tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
6. Educating new hires on product capabilities and features to improve their work efficiency
7. Engaging in meetings with the management to proactively identify training needs and mapping out development plans
8. Giving presentations to clients whenever needed
9. Overseeing day-to-day operations

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 13th May'21 and 17th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have proven work experience as a team leader
2. Should have in-depth knowledge of MS Excel & Powerpoint
3. Should have excellent communication & leadership skills
4. Should have organizational & time management skills
5. Having a degree in management or training in team leading is a plus
