Job Description
1. Handle inbound/outbound client calls, explain clients about the company's offerings, filter positive inquiries and pass on to the sales team for conversion
2. Keep a record of all calls/inquires and make reports for client follow up/bookings
3. Schedule client visits for prospective clients, coordinate sales meet and send email proposals
4. Maintain daily and monthly booking calendar and check-in/check-out schedules
5. Track the number of monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
6. Help in the research and development of new online and offline sales channels

1. High proficiency in English (spoken and written) - this is a must and only candidates with very good command of English should apply
2. Confidence and ability to make sales calls
3. Good command on MS Excel
