Job Description
1. Building rapport with clients, recommends solutions, and seeking new business opportunities
2. Managing accounts to achieve goals of placements, gross profit, call volume, new accounts generated, and leads contacted
3. Connecting with prospective clients via phone or e-mail
4. Providing market expertise to educate clients on the recruiting cycle
5. Keeping up with existing and new client needs
6. Working on generations & delivery of annual revenue targets in the RPO space
