About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with the courier persons'
2. Replying to customer's queries
3. Maintaining dispatch & non-dispatch section
4. Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
5. Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
6. Focusing sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
7. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
8. Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
9. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
