Job Description
1. Learn and implement the inbound sales methodology and increase customer acquisition
2. Work closely and collaboratively with sales representatives to develop and execute appropriate prospect communication plans and focus on lead sourcing and enrichment
3. Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the products
4. Supervise the unresolved complaints and ensure that they are resolved in the given time frame by keeping the needs of the customer in mind
5. Analyze the client's requirement after a conversation with them and recommend products, plans, or services that will match their needs
6. Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 2nd Feb'21 and 9th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have completed a bachelor's or master degree in any field (specialization in marketing will be preferred)
2. Must be a go-getter with a positive attitude
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to influence people
Inbound sales is a sales methodology that prioritizes the needs, challenges, goals, and interests of individual buyers. Instead of just focusing on closing the sales as soon as possible, inbound sales professionals work to guide, ânot pushâ the customers through their decision-making process.
