Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Representing the company's brand and driving strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends
2. Generating unique sales plans, emails, & developing pricing strategies
3. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
4. Implementing new sales plans and advertising
5. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
6. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
7. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 500 on every Sales that you make or deliver.
