Job Description
1. Handling marketing & sales activity
2. Ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
3. Getting the sale using various customer sales methods (one-to-one meeting with prospects and clients)
4. Evaluating customers' skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships
5. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
6. Collecting and analyzing information and preparing sales reports
7. Meeting personal and team sales targets
8. Researching accounts and following up with sales leads

2. Candidate should be able to acquire new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets
3. Candidates should be able to maintain their respective territory assigned to them for sales, enroll more B2C clients and take charge of the smooth functioning of operations in their area
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per sales).
