Job Description
1. Work on the business leads that will be given by the company
2. Work on contacting the leads and gathering requirements
3. Send estimates
4. Take appointments
5. Work on meeting the prospects (online) with existing sales and marketing manager
6. Work on following-up and converting the clients
7. Maintain relationships with your clients and make sure their expectations are met with the help of the operation team
8. Make monthly quarterly and yearly business sales forecast budget
9. Maintain daily weekly and monthly report
10. Suggest ideas to make the business grow

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sales).
