Job Description
1. Staying connected with the clients over calls/WhatsApp and emails
2. Maintaining good relationships with the property owners and enhancing the existing ones
3. Visiting the flats and offices and being able to coordinate with the clients and the owners for sure visits
4. Understanding client requirements and search matching properties
5. Marketing of properties that are already with us on the web and social media, etc.
6. Visiting and previewing properties and taking pictures and uploading them on the website
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Sep'20 and 8th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10% of Sales that you make or deliver.
You must be based in and Around Andheri West and you must know how to ride a bike and you must know computers. Candidates out of Mumbai and especially from any other far location need not apply.
