About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
2. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
3. Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
4. Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
5. Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these
6. Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically
7. Know your competition and strategies accordingly
