About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on activating new dealers/customers
2. Deal with a bunch of dealers/customers on their service communications in your assigned territory
3. Work on complaints resolving within specific time periods prescribed (like within 24 hours, 48 hours, and a maximum of 72 hours)
4. Work on documenting the minor and major activities/ problems & solutions /market anomalies to head
5. Analyze each issue and developing counter-planning to wipe out the same in future
6. Implement sales growth with an effective sales-to-payment ratio
