Job Description
1. Identifying and calling leads for business development
2. Maintaining trackers and reports for client interaction
3. Closing the deal and assisting the operations team to get them on board
4. Working on receiving orders, placing orders, and assigning representatives to execute orders
5. Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating organic growth
6. Making potential customer calls and drafting daily emails
7. Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through resolution
8. Developing service procedures, policies, and standards
9. Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions
10. Controlling resources and utilizing assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
11. Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
12. Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Jan'21 and 23rd Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 1000 per closure).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
