Job Description
1. Learn about 3 to 4 types of different explanation pitch for talking to partners and clients
2. Understand 4 types of debt products from Scient Capital
3. Approach potential distribution partners from a set of database provided by the company
4. Search and find details of some distribution partners from website of AMFI and Advisorkhoj
5. Engage with distribution partners over the email, WhatsApp, and telephone
6. Explain various IFAs and CFPs the concept of Debt PMS and it's benefits and risks
7. Coordinate with potential distribution partners to complete their empanelment with Scient Cap
8. Organize webinars for CIO and sales head for partners and invite them for the same
9. Follow up energetically and enthusiastically for getting more participation in webinars
10. Engage and interact with partners post webinars for obtaining feedbacks and onboarding them
11. Maintaining daily trackers and reports on connects and engagement with partners
12. Sharing weekly reports and trackers and attending review with the sales head

1. Clear and confident communication skills
2. Understanding and ability to explain basic financial market nomenclatures
3. Should have interest in client interaction and customer servicing, an inclination towards capital markets
