Job Description
1. Meeting and exceeding sales goal
2. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
3. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
4. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
5. Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads
6. Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
7. Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
8. Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
9. Coordinating with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of sales).
