Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
3. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
4. Research and identify new market opportunities
5. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients
6. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
Note: First and foremost, we're looking for a natural leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We're looking for those who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Feb'21 and 8th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have strong communication and leadership skills
2. Must have the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape Should be willing to travel
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of project profits).
Note: The performance-based incentive would vary from 8-15% per project.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
