Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting with clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled
2. Generating 2 meeting prospects (average) on a daily basis
3. Constantly following up on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site visits
4. Building client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits
5. Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
6. Visiting sites as per the plan set with clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly
7. Working on revenue generation aligned with the achievement of monthly targets
8. Working on leads hygiene providing proper feedback on leads assigned
9. Following up for payments/dues
