About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage bookings & reservations
2. Handle customer inquiries over the phone or via email and discuss their travel requirements
3. Work on customer support
4. Send quotations and emails to customers
5. Check and reply to customer inquiry emails
6. Resolve all the guest's queries, requests, and concerns through support channels (webform, emails, social media, chats & calls) prompt & timely manner
7. Work on regularly maintaining a good relationship with our customers
