Business Development Sales
Job Description
1. Managing walk-in clients showing them our coworking office
2. Handling existing client's requirements
3. Managing sales strategy (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)
4. Cultivating healthy community relationships with all clients
5. Collaborating with aggregators/commercial brokers/property consultants
6. Greeting our clients and visitors
7. Welcoming them and taking responsibility for the complete community
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Apr'21 and 15th May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of sales).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
