Job Description
1. Prospect for potential clients and maintain existing customer relationships within the commercial FM industry
2. Generate project/business opportunities and RFP's (request for proposal) through customer contacts, to meet company's business plans and growth strategies
3. Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments
