Job Description
1. Make 60-80 connected calls a day (calling is the first priority to pitch students and help them in their career)
2. Solve student queries by helping them and handling the first level counseling for relevant courses as per their profile and requirements
3. Resolve queries and issues related to upGrad's study abroad product portfolio

1. Good communication skills and prior experience working as a Tele counselor
2. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required, and manage and handle multiple tasks
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
4. Should have knowledge about study abroad admissions/country-specific expertise for overseas admissions, if possible
5. Good at maintaining data and hands-on experience on MS office
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
