About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain a daily report of abandoned checkouts and convert them into a sale by contacting them through Whatsapp, phone calls, and other contact platforms
2. Handle customer queries over Whatsapp and phone calls and convert customers
3. Work as a point of contact for the online sales team
4. Maintain a healthy relationship with our existing and valuable clients
5. Help customers with their doubts/queries and convert the prospect into a sale live through online contact platforms
