About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attending to online, telephone, and in-person inquiries and conducting show-rounds taking COVID-19 precautions
2. Converting inquiries into sales
3. Following through on any query
4. Qualifying the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meeting their needs
5. Following up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generating qualified real estate leads
6. Creating and maintaining a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
7. Tracking monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
8. Developing new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
