Responsibilities include:
1. Manage and develop your assigned customers to maximize our revenue and margin and expand customer satisfaction
2. Guide and help clients with product configuration according to their requirements
3. Prepare & conduct sales presentations
4. Hunt for and identify new opportunities in existing and new accounts
5. Establish objectives & action plans for the territory, maintaining up-to-date customer databases
6. Develop strong individual working relationships with customers, gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and applications
7. Support as customer's advocate in providing after-sale troubleshooting for support of any issues
8. Manage marketing/sales inbound/outbound process
9. Plan campaigns with our marketing partners
