Job Description
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Main tasks and responsibilities:Deal directly with customers either by telephone or EmailRespond promptly to customer inquiries handle and resolve customer complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiriesProvide pricing and delivery informationPerform customer verificationsSet up new customer accountsProcess orders, forms, applications and requestsOrganize workflow to meet customer timeframesDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manage customers' accounts keep records of customer interactions and transactionsRecord details of inquiries, comments and complaintsRecord details of actions takenPrepare and distribute customer activity reportsMaintain customer databasesManage administrationCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments follow up on customer interactions provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
