Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate From English medium school and college.
  
• BHM- Hotel management or PG in Tourism will be given preference.
  
• Age not more than 35 years as in 2016
  
• Prior work experience of minimum two years in any travel agency, PCO (professional conference organiser) Airline reservation office or similar hospitality sector is must.
  
• Airline CRS Amadeus and Galileo course basics qualified.
  
• Knowledge of MS office and computers , read and write emails and basic communication skill set a must.
  

Job Description:

• Airline bookings, in domestic airline terminals and CRS systems, making bookings, cancel bookings, Queue bookings for both international and domestic. 
• Fare calculations and group quotes from airline and interaction to be done.
  
• Should be able to make cost sheets on excel, develop and accumulate costs from various suppliers and should be able to make effective cost sheet/s with revenue indicators.
  
• Client and supplier vendor relationships by interaction with them and also meeting them time to time.
  
• Should be able to travel along with the group both domestic and international destinations for MICE .
  
• Prepare and demand quotes for groups from airline and hotels thru sales managers/ sales offices and should be able to negotiate best deals.
  
• Present and make proposals for clients on PPT and WORD docs.
  
• Be able to learn and do visa for all countries, especially  documentations, submissions,and collections of visa
  
• Understanding the complete cycle of the process, visas, ticketing and coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances
