• Will be responsible for day to day Operations of the entire outlet P&L
  
• Employee management

• Needs to conduct activities at corporates interacting with senior leaders/CXOs for lead generation 
  
• Send daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
  
• Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  
• The candidate would be keen to leverage his skill-set at a fast-growing startup and would be keenly interested in taking a leading role in shaping the startup's future path.
  
• A bachelors or higher degree is required going forward.
  
• The salary starts at Rs 2,000 per month to Rs 25,000 per month based on revenues generated.
  
• Plus there is a total of lucrative 25% profit sharing equity stake for the candidate comprising of 5 business verticals.
  
• The position is based work from home from Burdwan West Bengal – this is a strict criteria.
  
• The fluency in English and working at night USA day time is required.
