JOB TITLE – BUSINESS MANAGERS
LOCATION – PATNA
SALARY – 30,000 PER MONTH
ABOUT US – The kids discovery offers free weekly activity programme to selected children aged from 3 to 14 throughout the year.
ABOUT THE ROLE – The role of Business manager is to perform a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including business strategies, evaluating company performances and supervising employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
· Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
· Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS –
· QUALIFICATION – Graduate
· EXPERIENCE – 2 years
· Proven experience as Business Manager of relevant role.
· Excellent organizational as Business Manager and leadership skills.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
