Professional & Technical Skills / Knowledge areas:

Must have exposure to various business related IT tools, (MS Office suite, collaboration tools, etc.) Good excel skills.
awareness of processes, protocols, communication etiquette, professional work environments, etc.

Soft Skills: Smart, proactive, good listening skills, attention to details, good handwriting, interpersonal, collaborative oral and written (English) skills, team player, multi-tasking, positive attitude, must be able to learn on the job.

Job Role:

Document, update, collaboration, track, followup, etc on various business actions involving internal and external stake holders.prepare various business report as per inputs / guidance from management / seniors.
Followups with customers, etc as needed proactively and based on mgmt inputs / directions.
Preparation of various business documents and reports from templates and or as per inputs from seniors / mgmt.
Carry out any other additional responsibilities as entrusted by Management team.
