Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing diaries & schedules, and documenting meetings & appointments
2. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
3. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
4. Assisting in resolving day-to-day business issues
5. Typing, compiling, and preparing internal and external reports, presentations, emails, and correspondence
6. Conducting research and analysis on behalf of the manager
7. Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO
8. Organizing events and conferences
9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
10. Helping plan, design, and launch business new processes & initiatives, and making recommendations for improvement
11. Acting as a mediator to help manage various tasks, assignments, and projects
12. Managing databases and information systems
13. Managing flow of information in a timely and accurate manner
14. Identifying requirements and finding products & solutions
15. Finding vendors & suppliers, and getting quotations
16. Creating pricing and feature comparison sheets
17. Working on end-to-end order management, ordering, order-tracking, and quality check on delivery
18. Managing refunds & replacement process, including customer care interactions, and coordinating with the finance department
