Your Role and Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer applications and/or managementExperience in establishing / improving processes to bring efficiency and productivity to Business. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Experience in creating dashboards for business metrics Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Ability to track multiple tasks and timely reporting Ability to take initiative and operate independently Strong Analytical skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer applications and/or management
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Any of PMP /Prince2/Agile certification is preferred.
- Familiar with and uses of Quality initiatives such as Lean, six-sigma etc.
- Exposure to Healthcare IT environment.
