Job Description
- BR will generate clients for subscription of our research Services and
- Achieve target as per assigned by authority.
- Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available
- Services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.
- Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
- Handling customer’s queries & providing them information regarding the different services of companies
- Overcome client resistances/objections to Product.
- Meeting expectations by delivering desired Basic Sales Requirements (BSR).
- Provide time-phased, quality reports daily to the Reporting Authority
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Authority.
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
- Understanding client’s needs and providing them best services viaphone.
- Acquisition and Retention of Clients.
- Maintain High Standard of Personal Presentation at all times.
- Maintain Regular Contacts with Key Clients
- Able to demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits.
- Revenue Generation by Client Handling.
- Completing Monthly Target as assigned by the Authority.
- Maintain Client information in CRM.
- Keep regularly updated with Market Movements.
- Overcome client resistances/objections to Product.
