Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple team members across geographies and time zones
• Manage hectic and complex calendars, proactively identifying overlap issues and opportunities for efficiency
• Support team offsite planning, including calendar invites, room booking, event coordination

Requirements

• High- energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a can-do attitude
• 2+ years of experience as a coordinator or similar role
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing work time efficiently
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal partners
• Strong team player and able to work well with other coordinators
