Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement business processes
- Be able to Map the business process to the supply chain technology solution that our client has
- Identify any process gaps.
- Learning new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Participate in workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems, also between the business functions and the technical team.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Participate in the Integration design discussions
- Conduct assessment to identify key issues and set of hypotheses to analyse and address those issues with right solutions
- Engage with business on a regular basis as part of client delivery as well as proposal development
- MBA from a top business school
- Strong presentation development and customer presentation skills
- Superb leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
