Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Monitor all outbound calls to ensure Client standards are maintained
- Participation in Calibrations (Internal & External)
- Performing performance evaluations of focus group of agents & documenting of feedback provided for the same to reduce error rate
- Maintaining Team discipline and adherence
- Preparation of call monitoring data & related internal reports taking calls.
- Controlling Attrition and shrinkage & Other Duties as assigned
Job Description:-
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers & focus on selling of Annual/ per incident plan.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/revenue targets.
- Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
- Achieving Team Targets.
